If you find the same product at a better price within 24 hours of completing your booking on our website, the offer partner will be contacted immediately and if the offer is from the same partner, their offer will be suspended on our website. The partner will refund the difference x2, which will be sent to you in the form of a promotional code valid for one year, to be deducted from your next booking (of equal or greater value than the promotional code).

To obtain the promotional code, the price of both offers must be available on both websites, Tourmaniak and the competitor’s website, and the comparison must meet the following conditions:

Guarantee Exclusions:

The guarantee applies to confirmed with payed deposit, with no cancellations.

The guarantee applies to offers published on websites whose origin is the same as that of the country where the Tourmaniak offer is broadcast/published (Portugal), and/or whose payment is available using the same payment method and in the same currency as the offer proposed by Tourmaniak and its partners. The platform booking fees are not included in the final price (ex.: €100 + €3 fees = €100 comparison price)

The price guarantee applies to offers from the same partner whose price is lower without promotional codes, loyalty card discounts, discount vouchers, coupons, vouchers, or other names that allow for a promotion/discount.

The guarantee applies to offers published outside the original booking site and if the traveller finds the same product by carrying out simulations without these being tailor-made offers (package for sale).

Incomplete requests and forms submitted after 24 hours of booking date will not be processed and we will not respond.

This guarantee does not apply to “TOURMANIAK” offers (click & check).
